Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at AnimeOryx. We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we have a comprehensive refund policy to support that commitment.
If for any valid reasons you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 15 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund and return there must be a valid reason to do so, the manga's and banner's are not eligible for return unless you got them damaged, the accessories and clothing are eligible for return with a valid reason, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return address.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our refund policy requirements. If it does, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.
Please Keep in Mind if the return is accepted without any valid reason you will be charged with the following fee's. 1. 10% Restocking Fees' 2. Delivery Fees' (Depends on location) 3. 10% Inconvenience Fee's. When the following Fees' are paid the return will be accepted!
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the item. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items, including but not limited to items with custom prints or designs.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the item, depending on availability.
If the mistake is from your panel, we can’t accept the return request. If you get the size wrong you are eligible for Exchange, Remember the return/ delivery fee will not be covered by us.
